3:00
Interval 1 of 3 ยท then 5, 10

How to Use

  1. Put baby down awake but drowsy. Say goodnight, walk out.
  2. Start the timer.
  3. When the bell rings: go in for 1-2 minutes max. No eye contact. No picking up. Just "shhh, it's sleep time" in a calm voice. Walk out.
  4. Click โญ Next interval and continue.
  5. After the last interval, keep repeating that interval until baby falls asleep.

Important

Sleep training is not recommended before 4-6 months. Talk to your pediatrician if your baby has reflux, special medical needs, or you're not sure if they're old enough. If your baby is crying in a way that seems different from normal (high-pitched, prolonged), something else might be going on โ€” check on them, no matter the timer.
